Fantasyland
This page is about attractions and restaurants in "Fantasyland".
There are a lot of attractions and most of those are related with Disney animations such as "Peter Pan","Cinderella","Winnie-the-Pooh"and so on.
The biggest feature in this area is "Cinderella Castle". Cinderella Castle is landmark of the park. If you or your friends get lost in the park, you can head for Cinderella Castle.
About attractions
Dumbo The Flying Elephant
This attraction is themed as a famous Disney animation film "Dumbo".
This flying attraction doesn't go much higher, so good for children. You can see many children making a line in front of this attraction.
Castle Carrousel
This attraction is themed as a famous Disney animation film "Cinderella".
It tends not to be crowded because it's just a typical merry-go-round.
Alice's Tea Party
This attraction is themed as a famous Disney animation film "Alice in Wonderland". It tends not to be crowded because it's just a typical teacup. This attraction is known as "Mad Tea Party" in Magic Kingdom.
Peter Pan's Flight
This attraction is themed as a famous Disney animation film "Peter Pan".
Peter Pan's Flight is very popular for all ages, and there isn't FASTPASS, so there might be a long waiting line in front of this attraction.
It's A Small World
I think It's A Small World is the most famous attraction all over the world.
This attraction is located between "Pooh's Hunny Hunt" and "Queen of Hearts Banquet Hall". This attraction is usually not crowded even if the park is crowded, but while christmas special event, tends to be crowded.
Haunted Mansion
Needless to say, this attraction is a haunted attraction. This one is very popular in the park, so you might need to wait more than an hour when the park is crowded.
Special version "Haunted Mansion Holiday Nightmare" is available from halloween to next year January. You can use "FASTPASS" at this attraction.
Pooh's Hunny Hunt
This attraction is themed as a famous Disney animation film "Winnie the Pooh". Pooh's Hunny Hunt is one of the most popular attraction in the park, and once there was the longest waiting line that guests needed to wait about 360minutes, because there wasn't FASTPASS Machine.
After being made FASTPASS machine, it's about 90-120minutes when the park is crowded. You can use "FASTPASS" at this attraction.
Pinocchio's Daring Journey
This attraction is themed as a famous Disney animation film "Pinocchio".
There are several "Pinocchio's Daring Journey" in other Disney parks, this one in Tokyo is the first one. This attraction is popular, but there won't be really long waiting line.
Mickey's PhilharMagic
This attraction is opened January 24th 2011. It's almost the same as the one in Magic Kingdom. Even if the park is crowded, you don't need to wait for long, because more than 400 guests can go in this attraction once.
Snow White's Adventures
This attraction is themed as a famous Disney animation film "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs". This attraction is like a haunted house, so some people think this attraction is more scary than "Haunted Mansion".
Cinderella's Fairy Tale Hall
This attraction is themed as a famous Disney animation film "Cinderella". You can go in "Cinderella Castle" and look around inside of the castle.
About restaurants
Queen of Hearts Banquet Hall
This restaurant is themed as a castle of Queen of Hearts (Disney film "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland"). This restaurant is one of the most popular restaurant in the park. Meals are not really expensive, but delicious. They serves many kinds of meals. An English menu is available here.
Captain Hook's Gallery
Enjoy a slice of piping hot pizza and a refreshing beverage at this restaurant, named for Peter Pan's arch-nemesis, Captain Hook. Who's that in the galley cooking the pizza? Could it be Captain Hook's sidekick, Mr. Smee!? An English menu is available here.
Village Pastry
Snack time begins when you find this colorful wagon! The taste-tempting Tipo Torta is everyone's favorite. This pastry stick is filled with flavored cream. This wagon used to be a horse-drawn wagon for a marionette show, but now the star is the pastry!
Troubadour Tavern
You don't have to be a traveling musician to stop by. Enjoy a soft-serve cone or a tasty soft drink. Perfect treats to enjoy while taking in a parade. An English menu is available here.
Cleo's
Look for the shingled little roof, and you'll find this cute beverage stand. "Cleo's" is named for Geppetto's charming little goldfish in the classic Disney animated film Pinocchio. Look for the weather vane on the tip of the roof. Can you see the goldfish, Cleo?
